Sure he’ll consider it, he’s an egomaniac who’s completely oblivious to his own utter lack of charisma. But he doesn’t have the ability to pull voters from the right like Perot did, and he’s incapable of breaking the spell Zero has on the leftists. He will never be a factor in a national election.
He’s worth $17 billion and could easily finance his own national campaign, he has immense credibility when it comes to economics and he is very ambitious. If we are still in deep economic doo doo in 2012 and the Repubs field a weak candidate, then yes, I could easily see Bloomberg jumping in.
