This is a red herring. No one is proclaiming as fact that the document that the SCAN was made from is a forgery. Of course you would have to examine the original. That said, why would a scan of that document have to be altered if the underlying document was legit? Why alter the name on it if the name really was Obama’s?

Where have you been? There is a whole cottage industry of "experts" who proclaim the document is a forgery. And others who proclaim it to be genuine. You've got some catching-up to do.
