frivolous. well, I've seen enough of Perry Mason and LA Law and Regarding Henry and The Rainmaker to know that there are (very useful) rules of procedure and decorum. And I understand that sometimes umpires throw flags, and even a good player will pay a fine on occasion (though not a great one).

Notwithstanding, how else can a president be compelled to produce a relevant document if not by a court action? And is doing so necessarily "political" or "frivolous?"

And does anybody really trust judges anymore?
