San Josie, I’ve been there!!! I always say it the way I spell it, to tick the people from San Josie off.
Was in San Jose and Sunnyvale for a couple of days in the mid-’70s. Both were okay areas at the time. Wouldn’t want to go back now, though.
In ‘89, the wife and I went to Hawaii with another couple. The flight from DFW went to SF to get the folks on a connecting flight from NY before heading for HI. Only a few hours later, we turned on the TV and saw the devastation from the SF quake. .......Timing is everything.
