Spin. It is not an AMERICAN custom. To adopt a foreign custom as an American head of state is an act of submission.

You have some nerve accusing me of spin when you post a picture that is clearly a fake and try to pass it off as real in order to defame. And your logic in saying it is not an American custom and is a sign of submission is faulty as well...a peck on the cheek is a very common greeting tradition amongst friends and relatives in the U.S. especially in ethnic areas, I do it all the time.

Besides, that wasn't even a peck...it was more of what we call an "air kiss" in my neck of the woods which is perfectly acceptable, that practice actually came from Hollywood,CA. It was first cited in an article in the Chicago Tribune in 1887 and then in 1975 in Newsweek. So, it is, distinctly, an American tradition.
