23 felons charged with voter fraud in Ramsey County (Frankenland/MN)

Theresa Marie Barslou said she voted for the first time in the November 2008 elections.

Nearly a year later, her vote has come back to haunt her.

Barslou, 29, of St. Paul, illegally voted as a felon on probation, states a Ramsey County criminal complaint charging her with felony voter fraud. Barslou was arrested Monday after she failed to appear last month at a court hearing. She was released the next day on $3,000 bail.

Barslou is one of the 23 felons charged with voter fraud in Ramsey County since the 2008 elections, County Attorney Susan Gaertner said. During a general election, prosecutors on average charge one or two felons with voter fraud, she said. After presidential elections, there could be a handful of cases. The high voter turnout in 2008 increased that number.

Wonder who registered her to vote in the first place? Three guesses, and the first two don't count...

Ok...
So how many of them were registered by ACORN, and it’s affiliates?

September 17th the US House voted 345-75 to cut-off all federal funding for the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN). This comes on the heels of the Senate’s vote earlier in the week to deny housing funds for ACORN, Governor Pawlenty’s order to cease all state funding for ACORN and last week’s Census Bureau announcement that it would severe its ties with ACORN.

All 75 votes in favor of continuing ACORN funding came from Democrats, including Representatives Keith Ellison and Betty McCollum from Minnesota.

Since 1995, ACORN has received more that $50 million in federal funds, excluding funding from state and local units of government. The vote to defund the organization comes in the wake of videotape evidence in which ACORN employees advise undercover citizens posing as a pimp and prostitute how to evade federal tax laws. The videotapes are the latest in a series of controversies that have revealed systemic corruption within the ACORN organization. Seventy ACORN employees in 12 states have thus far been convicted of voter fraud (click here for news stories related to ACORN corruption.)

The fact that Ellison and McCollum could vote to continue funding ACORN in the face of such overwhelming evidence of systemic corruption is inexcusable and brings shame upon the state of Minnesota.

VOTE FRAUD: 2,812 Dead Voters

http://www.redstate.com/jrichardson/2009/06/04/minnesota-vote-fraud-2812-dead-voters/

A review of Minnesota’s statewide database of registered voters revealed at least 2,812 deceased individuals voted in last November’s general election, according to a new report by the “traditional values” advocacy group Minnesota Majority.

After obtaining the list of voters who participated in November’s election, the group hired an independent firm who specializes in “death suppression” for direct mailing lists to review the data. The process, which involved matching names and addresses to state death records, bore troubling results.

According to Minnesota statute 201.13, the commissioner of health is to report monthly the name, address, date of birth, and county of residence of voting-age deceased residents to the secretary of state.

Presumably the commissioner of health would not issue incomplete reports (read: no motive), the blame then falls elsewhere – namely, at the feet of Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, whose partisan leanings and curious alliance with vote fraud-magnet ACORN are becoming more salient by the day.

Deputy Secretary of State Jim Gelbmann argues the discrepancies unearthed by the group are merely the result of election workers updating the voter database with faulty information and were not instance of voter fraud.

If there were some kind of a way to verify it, I'd be willing to bet my life savings that most of the fraudulent votes cast went to Democrats. And I'd be willing to bet also that they got over 90% of these votes.

In an extremely close election like the one in Minnesota for the U.S. Senate I sure Franken would have lost if only legitimate votes were cast.

I've mentioned this to my liberal friends and of course they deny it. IF,IF,IF there some way of proving my theory, I'd bet these liberals wouldn't take the bet.

In 2000 in Florida 75% of the convicted felons that voted - voted for algore

Also many illegals and vistors on Visas voted for algore

I saw an illegal woman from Ecuador on TV in 2000 bragging she voted for algore and laughing at our leaky corrupt system

For those of us not familiar with Minnesota, I'd be curious why you hate Ramsey County. Is is one of those liberal enclaves? Is it a junior nanny state?

I've never been able to figure out why Minnesota and Wisconsin produce so many liberal politicians. It seems like to me that the cold weather would produce more responsible people than places like Florida or Texas. But it seems like everyone I've ever met from those two states is on the loony left.

I know the ethnic stock was originally Scandinavian and German for the most part. Maybe this has something to do with it. Give me some answers!

That is why democrats want to dump the Electoral College

A few hundred or thousand votes in each town - and the popular vote would win for the left

[In 2000 in Florida 75% of the convicted felons that voted - voted for algore] Some dead ones too, felons or not....

None of us who watched that fiasco will ever forget it. Chads Galore for Gore.

We all knew the cheating going on and then the dems blame Bush winning on SCOTUS!
