Obviously you haven’t been paying any attention. Instead, of awake-n-angry, you should change your name to asleep-n-clueless. Rush has stated time and time again the things they said he said were never said. It is there job to prove he said it not his to prove he didn’t.

These comments have been repeated, and are without sourcing and without truth. In fact, hey are bald faced, deliberate lies.
They are not his "statements." They are complete fabrications, and that needs to be shouted from the rooftops.

You are asking Rush to prove a negative. He never said those things, there is no attribution available to prove he said those things, and as a result of the deliberate reportage of false information a significant libel or slander has almost certainly occurred at the hands of multiple individuals and groups.
Or, if you prefer, a significant denial of potential business advantage has occurred. Grounds for a lawsuit? Absolutely.
