Not so, has not been PUBLICLY announced yet and you would have to be a top level regime insider to be given access this “secret” information. Or if you had it would not want to put it out till you got your own ducks in a line to deal with the power struggles.
Twitter and Students are great for street level news, though I would imagine buildings being draped in black would be considred as his imminent death till an announcement is made.
Everyone knows he is seriously ill, so the actual death is not “official” till it is announced.
