That's utter nonsense. The assumption is that the good are vastly outnumbered by the wicked and the states in question are reliable leftist rubber stamps whose voting habits are going to kill the country and our childrens' futures.
It was never suggested that there are no good people in leftist states. What I'm saying is that they're outnumbered and powerless.
>>> “reliable leftist rubber stamps whose voting habits are going to kill the country and our children’s futures. “
The country... yes. its already dead.
but.. Our children’s futures are not irrevocably tied to the fate of this particular union or the actions and decisions of people we “disagree” with. It really rests on OUR shoulders whether or not WE will tie our children’s fate and futures to the consequences of the ignorant behavior and “judgment” of those we disagree with in the strongest sense of the word.
We are still free to chose to disassociate ourselves from those that we find it impossible to live with. We can still chose to cut the ties that bind ourselves and our children’s future to the outcome of bad decisions made by marxists and the idiots who vote for them.
There is NO law in effect or force of nature or physics that precludes us from cutting the bonds. There is NOTHING keeping us from freedom and liberty if that is what we chose to have. It can be ours in a minute if we choose to have it, and it can be ours forever if we guard it jealously. No judge or politician, or community organizer can place the chains back on us unless he picks up a weapon and does it forcefully, but they will have to contend with our weapons and determination if they choose that course. Maybe they will, maybe they wont... What IS sure, is that you and your children WILL be slaves if we don’t end this. What is possible is that you and all of our posterity WILL have a chance for real freedom and liberty if we do dissociate ourselves from the marxists (one way or another).
In Oregon, conservatives occassionally win in statewide elections. Most of the state is actually conservative. Unfortunately, Portland and Eugene the two liberal bastions generally turn out enough ballots to barely tip the elections to the democrats. However, the elections are generally very close. We actually tend to be moderately conservative on statewide ballot measures and such.
