"1. Nobody really knows if Barry is a naturalized citizen, or a US citizen at all for that matter. Citizenship is conferred to a child (as is his last name) by a child's father. Couple that with the fact that this particular child's mother wasn't even old enough to confer citizenship to her son, even if he was actually born in Hawaii." You have your facts wrong. A child born in the United States is a citizen, even if both parents are not.
"2. Barry is DEFINITELY not Natural Born. His own admission of British citizenship blows this one out of the water."
Funny then, since he did publically acknowledge it, that the Republicans never bothered to go through the mere formality of getting him removed from the ballot.
In fact, that's not the law either.

Again, you fail to differentiate between "citizen" and "natural born". Epic fail!

There was an overriding special circumstance at play throughout not only the election but from Jan 20th forward, and that is RACISM. Unfortunately the Usurper was, and is currently getting a pass by worthless journalists and spineless RINOs afraid of that label attaching to them. Also McCain had an eligibility problem of his own so these two factors effectively swept the eligibility argument under the rug, except for the patriotic Birthers (excluding you of course) who will continue to pursue the truth.

The RNC couldn’t have litigated to remove the DNC’s illegal British Presidential nominee from the ballot; since the RNC had itself nominated an ineligible Panamanian candidate.
Hope this helps.
