I believe that Obama is a liar and a fraud.
But, sadly, I believe that judge Carter, who seems like a decent man, will be under so much pressure that he too will dismiss this case like judges before him, and probably like judges after him during President of the United States Obama's first term.
1. However, I can't wait for the 2012 presidential campaign, because there is no way candidate Obama will get away a second time with posting a so-called Hawaii short form birth certificate on his website and telling the publice that it is a valid, authentic birth certificate.
2. Obama will be laughed off the campaign trail if he dares to try to convince the public that the short form birth certificate we now see on the internet is valid and authentic.
3. That is, voters throughout the country will be screaming to see Obama's long form birth certificate before Obama will even be allowed to put his name on the Democratic Party primary ballot.
4. During the 2012 campaign, I also see many angry anti-Obama people going to court to force candidate Obama to release his Hawaii long form birth certificate and his Occidental in California, Columbia, and Harvard college records.

Yes, Obama, enjoy your court victories during your first term as much as you can, because there is a good chance that you will have to go to court over and over again during the 2012 presidential campaign to try to stop people from gaining access to your Hawaii long form birth certificate and your Occidental in California, Columbia, and Harvard college records.
6. Yes, Obama, during the 2012 presidential campaign, we may finally find out if you did or did not enroll in Occidental College in California as a foreign student.
7. During the 2012 presidential campaign, Obama, we may also finally find out if you or someone else signed your selective service application, because the signature on the selective service form looks a lot different from your signature today, in my opinion.
Why would someone who knew he was ineligible, ran anyway and took office anyway, be worried about *elections*?
