I work in Mississippi often (headed back next week) and the folks in Mississippi are mighty proud that they didn’t bitch and moan about federal assistance. Louisiana could learn a lesson from their neighbor.

Please do not lump Louisiana in with New Orleans. It really bothers me when people like you make silly statements that equate New Orleans with the rest of Louisiana.
