Nearly every day, the Orthodox Church commemorates martyrs, most of whom were killed by ancient Romans or by Muhammadans.

The tortures inflicted on the martyrs by either Romans or muslims were brutal beyond imagining. Why would anyone do such things to other human beings, just because they would not renounce Christianity? Yet the Romans and the muslims really did such things. And the muslims in our own day did such things in Bosnia and in Kosovo to Serbian Christians, and they do them even to their own people if they violate sharia or convert to Christianity.

Only Satan could devise such brutal tortures!!!!
