How can they vote on something that does not exist? Is this the way all bills will be voted on from now on? Vote first then write the bill later? We need to do something pronto about these power grabs by the liberals.
I must admit I don't know enough about this, but I guess a bill can be as vague as the congresscritters want it to be, but has to have detail at final vote. I don't think we'll get to see the detailed bill until it is too late, because a House version (Bill 3200) got shot to pieces when it was posted on the internet. The Dems can't risk a repeat of that, so we get vague.
