So for us laymen and common persons, that means, that Obama's COLB has NO legal standing to be used in court, or used as a legal document unless it is or has been verified by the DoH in Hawaii, therefore, that is why it is stamped ( Date Filed ) and not ( Date Accepted ) by the DoH in Hawaii.
So ? why does Obama's people, and the main fringe media use a document that is not legal and has no legal standing ?

I believe that argument has been debunked. I’ll check on it. As I understand it, “FILED” is the new terminology on all recently printed COLBs.
