You are not "qualifed" in the sense of the constitution or any other job, unless you have proven it. The status of being qualified is non-sensical and has no application until evidence is presented; as is, how he got in office without doing so.

A liar can say he is 51 years old and be 49. And a 51 year old can be 51, but not be hired without the evidence. And if a foreign power could run a candidate; peopole like you will believe there is no authority to reject the candidacy, because the constitution won't allow you to see their BC.

No, they’ll never understand that distinction because even though Obama has been sworn into office as the POTUS they don’t recognize him as such and therefore believe that Congress can’t impeach him because he isn’t the POTUS.
