Nope. Even if that is true (why would it cost so much money to protect things that aren't public records in the first place? Dunno) but even if it is, he'd be foolish to release a birth certificate now.

His opponents? Pro Americans would want the Constitution followed? That's considered foolish to you. I know the Constitution is foolish and a stumbling block for BO but, so far, he's done a good job at jumping over it because of all the lackeys in his corner.
