Yeah, but that document only counts as proof of adoption, not proof of birthplace.
However when the school registration form is coupled with Obama’s Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth and the statement verifying it issued by the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, it is corroboration along with two birth announcements for Barack Hussein Obama which appeared in the Sunday, August 13, 1961 editions of the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten newspapers. Both of those papers have confirmed that they have always gotten their birth announcements directly from the Bureau of Vital Records and not from parents or relatives.
