Yeah, it's a sure thing that the controlling Democrats will pass this phase of ObamaDON'Tcare, but we still have the protection of the First Amendment to discuss it, FOR NOW, right?
Grab some popcorn and let's listen to the Democrats demean and revile those EVVVIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLL health insurance companies, who have just thrown a monkey wrench in the 'easy' passage of this big gubmint garbage! Will some of the Democrats actually vote according to their conscience (yeah, I know, oxymoron)?? Will the Republicans hold rank and vote no across the board in protest? Will Olympia, our favorite "moderate" Republican (bwahahahahahahaha!) team with her Demmie buddies or stick with the Republicans??? Can you stand the tension?!?

I’m curious to find out what the White House is holding over the heads of the CBO...and why they have suddenly ‘endorsed’ this POC bill!
“Transparent? YOU DON”T KNOW WHAT TRANSPARENT IS!!!”—Jack Nicholas character
Jon Kyl is calling out the midnight changes by staffers being impropely considered by CBO, but not in pending bill being debated.
...and basically being called a liar by Max —”Not fair and accurate”!
Elmendorf squirming and flapping in the wind as he tries to explain how the CBO came to it’s conclusion—not mentioning that the Chicago Mob is holding his family hostage somewhere, I’m sure. /sarc
I heart John Kyl! Sic’em!!
This is heating up! I like it.
John Kerry now trying to discredit the Price Waterhouse report. John, why the long face?
The Baucus bill will pass out of the Finance Committee. This is all for show. It will be 13-10 or 14-9 depending on what Snowe will do. The real battle will be on the floor of the Senate after Reid and Dodd and Baucus reconcile the bills from the Finance and Health committees. The Dodd bill from the Health committee contains a public option.
Its well past time to stop that.
In Oregon David Wu of Congressional District 1 gets most of his campaign dollars from out of state companies and lobby’s.
In my mind, if an incumbent takes out of state money, he/she is no longer working for the people who voted for them and should be summarily fired. Certainly that is going to become a campaign theme for those fighting against David Wu in Oregon this year!
Any incumbent who votes contrary to the will of the voters who put them there needs to be fired. Recalled even! That FEAR, is the only thing that keeps them in check, and for too long Americans have let those people skate on by. Just voting on Name recognition alone. Americans need to start paying some freakin attention, and thank goodness that is happening again now!
Thanks!
I’m on it.

It is sooooo neat an idea. Everyone takes a piece of the bill and reviews it. Its getting done in no time!
Olympia Snowe....reason #1467 that the Republican Party needs a flush handle
LOL. 2010 is coming! I suspect some of these congress critters will be VERY surprised at the results!
John Cornyn up—is it just me or does Elmendorf look like he’s sweating a lot more?
Okay, enough with the mutual admiration society for Max Baucus—if so many of his collegues thought he was so great, how come NOBODY stood up with him when this thing was announced?!
One reason—when this crap goes south sometime in the future, the blame is going to rest solely on Max’s shoulders!
don’t worry about that.......they have lots of time to write the bill after the vote.
She's going to be voted out in Arkansas.

I cannot fathom voting for a bill no one has even read and that Americans do not want. Fire him.
