The Peugeot BB1, a cross between a scooter and a car, is powered by two electric motors which are mounted in the rear wheels. A silver prototype BB1had residents and tourists stopping to take a closer peak when a prototype version rolled into Paris today.
Inspired by Peugeots electric VLV from the 1940s, the new all-electric BB1 represents the car firms view for the future of electrical-based urban mobility.

But that's awfully short-sighted, and will decrease the donkey's life expectancy tremendously.
My preferred modes of transport have two wheels (motorized and non-motorized).
Are you talking AMTRAK or the donkey? Hard to tell. The donkey has certainly paid for itself over its years. Unfortunately, AMTRAK cannot say the same.
From your answer, you've obviously never worked with donkeys. They are much easier to deal with than public transportation.
