Not anymore. They now get them at birth, because you can't claim a dependent w/o a SSN for them. This became a requirement for returns filed in 1987, but many folks got them at birth earlier than that.
I think they may have been required for college entrance as well, I know my college ID number was my SSN, and I started in 1968. (so is my military ID#, but "O" doesn't have one of those). So if he needed one for Occidental, he'd have gotten it in about 1979, but if he entered Occidental as a Foreign student, he would not have needed an SSN, there were alternatives for them, IIRC.
I have had this feeling that someone is going to stumble across some evidence, such as this, seemingly of insignificance value which was overlooked by the Obama administration and this small and unassuming evidence will lead to revealing the complete truth not only on the legitimacy of Obama’s citizenship but will lead to uncovering startling and incriminating evidence of a premeditated crime engulfing top level Democrats such as Pelosi, Reid, Biden and the Clintons!

Yep, you are correct....but everybody got one at some point. I have a copy of my Great-Grandmother’s Application for Social Security Account. It was dated Feb 1952. She was 76 years old. I believe the SSA made rounds to business to sign people up, because my Grandfather’s SS# is just a few digits off of my Great-Grandmothers. They had a family business and SSA must have finally come in one day and signed everybody up. I mean really, how many years did it take for the SSA to get everybody signed up.....1936 to 1952?

Yes, but isn’t there a “natural security” predicate required to invoke this EO? And even at that, the decision can be appealed, which may cause even more news than the fact itself.

Get Spyware Doctor and let it update when it wants to, which may be several times a day if there is a lot of crap going on. During the election it was updating 5-6 or more times a day. Now it has slowed back down. Since I got it, I have had it block tons of things, not one has gotten in. I use Norton too but Norton alone isn’t enough.

It's not ignorance, Daniels is not exactly a household name. She's simply a private investigator, who has been quoted about duplicate Social Security numbers in the past:
According to Susan Daniels, of Daniels and Associates Investigations, Inc. in Chardon Ohio, when searching through database aggregators such as IRB, it is common to find a subject referenced with two or three Social Security Numbers (SSN). Here are some of the reasons a person may show-up with multiple SSN’s:
- a wife’s or child’s SSN could end up with father’s name
- a parent’s SSN could show up with a child
- the subject bought something with someone else and the SSNs could end up with each other’s name
- the database producer is relating several SSN’s to one address
- an error by whoever entered the data
Note that in Daniels' linked affidavit, she is not saying that the SS# found for Obama is invalid. She is simply saying that it fits into a series issued in Connecticut between 1977-1979.
She is also saying that the same number "may have been assigned" to someone born in 1890.
In other words, she leaves open the possibility of error as outlined in her above quote.

I don't know. All I can say about this is there are people who believe that the same EO that restricted access to Bush documents also restricted access to Obama's, just based on previous discussions on this subject.
But that seems pretty odd since Bush's documents would be eight years of presidential papers, and Obama's just civilian documents, and some records held by the government, i.e., IRS, draft registration, passports, etc. Of course one could see why he might want those sealed.
My thought is, why wasn’t there some documentation attached to the affidavit? Nothing in affidavit to link it to this Obama, or how it was located or anything. If Orly by some stroke of luck, has anything, she has best get it out in public.

There is nothing named Google allowed on any of my computers and I check my register every week just to make sure. I detest Google. If I use Google, I go through another server.
There are databases available that allow one to input a name or address and come back with “related” Social Security numbers. They are not absolutes because of the method of compiling the databases, such as from credit applications, rental applications, school applications, etc.
Only the Social Security Administration can definitely confirm where and when Obama was issued a SS and they will have an application on file. This is not releasable without Obama’s permission or court order due to the Privacy Act. It is claimed Obama’s first job and W-2 was from a Baskin=Robbins in Hawaii. If he was issued a SS while residing in Hawaii it should start with 575 or 576.
Obama should also have filled out an I-9 for his recent jobs including US Senator and President. try and get the info he used to back that up, better yet try and find out who in the US Government as his employer has his I-9 then let me know. :
In other words, a fraud artist can use a bogus name with multiple bogus SS #s, depending on the particular transaction he is engages in.
No, I'm not trying to play O's defense attorney, but it seems he may have a benign (relevant to himself) explanation for this particular finding. The manager of the data base might be able to shed more light on this issue.
You need to prove you are a citizen to get a SS Number, you need a valid birth cert.
