"Haters"?

I'm confused. Which haters? The GW Bush haters? They decided on obama in February, barely a few weeks into the age of obama, when people were still hating Bush. Were there other haters?

How bizarre the liberal world. Bush gets blamed for Chicago not getting the olympics, but haters are the reason obama gets the Nobel peace prize? I'm confused.
