Zhukov, was one of the best generals of the war.
Bare in mind that HE did defeated Manstein, Guderian and all others.
The war was won by sole strenght of soldier. By the heart of the soldier.
If US lost 50,000 men in Vietnam and still suffering from that loss- just imagine battle with 2,000,000 men involved.
That kind of battle was newer seen on the West.
Zhukov didn't have to worry about KIA counts.
