The Chinese women could be allowed to marry 2 Chinese men...but I can’t see why they’d want to;-)
One adjustment which could palliate the problem in the short run would be the marriage of the young women to older men. It would still need the mix of boys and girls to balance out starting “yesterday,” tho.
