Unfortunately, incompetence is not an impeachable offense.

Unfortunately the democratic congress will not impeach.

The birth certificate might embarrass Obama but it's doubtful he will step down. It should be pursued anyway for the precedent that no body can assume the Office without showing proof they are eligible.

And even if Judge Carter examines the facts and determines Obama was not eligible, I still doubt Congress will impeach.

I think the most we can hope for, is a fact finding by Carter that Obama was ineligible, a congress that does nothing about it, only to be tossed on their cans in the next election by a populace that is fed up with Obama, his policies and the illegitimacy of his presidency.

In my rose colored world, this doesn't get resolved early but becomes a twofer in the end.

“Unfortunately, incompetence is not an impeachable offense.”

That’s not his greatest offence. Breaking the economy, betraying our allies, colluding with our terrorist enemies, seeking to destroy the best medical caresystem in the world - - - he’s maliciously evil, not just incompetent.
