I wouldn't be suprised that Obama’s rules of engagement forbid
use of Claymores and land mines to help our small units defend themselves.

Of course, napalm must be a no-go as well.

IIRC they haven't been able to use any of those since

day one in A-Stan,,,

I don't the guys can use beehive rounds either,,,ain't sure.

Apparently they didn't have much wire if any,,,

The “fast-movers” could have gotten there much quicker but

it seems like under the ROE they couldn't use them,,,

Just wanted to double check on something before I mention your info to a buddy of mine.

Our troops are not allowed to use claymores or landmines in Afghanistan - is that correct?? I can’t even fathom this.

My friend is a retired Army Colonel, served in Vietnam and I’ll bet he drops out of his chair when I mention this.
