4. They want the issue to be decided in a court and choose not to politicize it.
5. They have enough battles to fight that they believe they can win or at least effect the outcome to spend time on the BC issue.
6. They have no more information than any of us here on these threads and, with nothing more than suspicion to drive them, leave the issue to someone who can do more.
7. They believe that leaving obama in office as he is is better than the "crisis" that might result from winning the eligibility issue and dealing with whatever outcome would result.

3. He isn’t a citizen, his father was British, so your guy isn’t a NBC. And the BC is a smoke screen issue.
