Reported on Jon Stewart? I just heard disturbing news from my Army daughter, new privates, specialists, entry level recruits assigned to their first Army posts are whining their superiors are ‘too mean and being sweared at’ and have been given ‘stress cards’ or time outs if their sarge is ‘too mean’, present the card, and you get a break. Also, there are trauma areas for new recruits on posts if it gets too stressful. My first thought was, ‘oh terrorist, here’s my card, please wait until I’ve composed myself before you cut my head off’. I’m not sure I’m a fan of women on subs. Then again, if it’s gays, what’s the difference other than pregnancy? Until we have a real government that believes in the constitution, we’re screwed.

Additionally, the sarge’s are really ticked off at the competence level of the latest newbies to say the least.

Don’t even get me started on “Stress Cards.”

Snopes says that Stress cards are bunk. I know they aren't the best source of information, but do either of you have any gouge about this currently going on? I simply can't believe we've fallen that far, that fast...
