My sister in law just had the swine flu and she recovered just fine.
The reason the flu doesn’t hit us as badly as the third world is the access to excellent nutrition and over the counter cold and flu medicine to minimize the impact of they symptoms.
Dumb ass Seibelius.

Who said you’re allowed to make sense?
XD
I've never had a flu shot and I've managed to avoid flus.
I exercise most every day. It raises the core body temperature, and according to a theory of Dr. Ken Cooper (who coined the word "aerobics" years ago) exercise induced body temperature elevation (mimicking what the body does with fever, making the body inhospitable to invading pathogens) serves to "pasteurize the blood" and helps to prevent upper respiratory infections.
