From the second linked story:
“silver Mercedes was towed away from the scene. Police arrested an unnamed suspect. The New Haven Register New Haven Register reported a second suspect has been arrested who was arrested earlier in the year on similar charge”
Arrested earlier this year on a similar charge....
Sounds like there is a “the rest of the story” ( a little Paul Harvey-ism there). Thanks for the pings. Updates appreciated.

But because a couple people don’t appreciate (or can’t keep up with) the wit in a thread, they’ve got to kill it like a wet towel. And I didn’t find that the witty/funny comments detracted at all from the seriousness of the situation.
