I usually monitor many sites related to fishing/hunting, but have been sidetracked this summer, so only caught this tonight through email alerts from the OutdoorWire.com. However, the ASA (the MOST respected fishing advocate in the industry) has been covering this extensively. I provided the ASA link in another post, and there is a lot of info at that site about specific areas.
