We have cubs, Boy Scouts, Adventurers and our own invention, “Sisters of Scouting”. Nobody has aged out without making Eagle.

I presume you mean Venturers. “Sisters of Scouting”, eh? I guess “Girl Scouts” is taken. Do you have any documentation of the program?
