I might add that the controlling authorities do have access to nukes and while the military might not all support Obama, a good portion will and one good launch of a nuke to a “troublesome” area say Texas, and that’s it for a military rebellion for generations. Civil disobedience on a mass scale would grind things to a hault, but it takes time to work and we have to be prepared for conditions like Eritrea and Somalia.

I don’t put it past this “progressive” crowd to use nukes to acheive their objectives!

And EVEN IF (chances slim to none)it did, the unintended consequence would be exact opposite of what you predict.

A single nuke anywhere would rile the people and there would be no more US military.
