In Canada, heath officials are saying that regular flu shots can increase the risk of developing a more severe case of H1N1. They are recommending people get their H1N1 vaccine shot before they get their regular flu shot.

Thanks for the information. My pediatricians office is useless, so I’ve put in a call to our asthma doctor.

I know seasonal flu is not going around their school, but H1N1 is. One of my son’s good friends has it.

I called the CDC and they said I should go ahead with the seasonal flu shot.

Sometimes I think no one knows what is really going on.

I think I am really going to have to pray about this, and let the good Lord protect my daughters.
