New Hampshire is so beautiful. So sad that such a horrendous crime could happen in such an idyllic place. Prayers for the family.

Probably Greta or Nancy Grace will have it on. Mont Vernon is a very small town,too. The kind of place you’d want to move to escape violent crime.

As someone said, this sounds like drugs will be involved. Can’t imagine why three guys in their late teens would harm a mother and her eleven year-old daughter unless it was driven by drugs, or maybe a burglary gone wrong, or it was some family conflict (apparently not in this case).
The first murder in TWO generations??!! Apparently New Hampshire has far fewer Amish than Chicago or Detroit.
Why would a registered nurse have drugs? They aren’t pharmacists.

Druggies generally aren't bright enough to figure that out.
Two towns over from mine. This kind of thing almost never happens around here. It’s just an awful story - I cannot even imagine what evil impulse overtook these boys, but those responsible need to pay. Unlike our neighboring states, NH is tough on such criminals and we do have the death penalty.
Pathological. Hope he gets locked up for a long stretch - in the interest of the innocent people of New Hampshire.
