Heh... LA is an awful place to have to drive through - personal experience. What a corrupt group of law enforcement officers they have!
Probably the natural place to open a corrupt business like ACORN though... If you combine the local government with the state government and throw in law enforcement - well, you have a trifecta! Not a place to be raising kids for sure...
Use to go to Mardi Gras but even that has become so corrupt and dangerous that only the unenlightened still attend.
