“...steps to crack down on problems at gun shows...”
Thank goodness! Here are the problems at gunshows I’d like to see addressed:
1. Distant parking
2. Not enough ammo
3. Too much flea market crap, beanie babies, jerky
4. Too few private sellers (making the transaction unreported to the government).
5. Unrealistically high prices.
6. Annoying security guards who make you take off the sticker on your back that says what you’re looking for (they expect me to buy a booth?)
7. The geezers in the good locations with the same crap they’ve been displaying for years without selling anything.
8. The fact that our highest denomination currency is only $100, which means a fat wad if you plan any serious shopping. (The Euros have a bill worth over $700, but then again they don’t have gun shows).
9. Rules against concealed carry.
10. ATF hassling the best sellers.
Hey! I object! I like having a chunk of good, homemade jerky to chaw on whilst I cruise the really big shows...
(Still looking for a good deal on a couple more HK P7M8 mags...)
