[I cannot comprehend how SCOTUS could allow an unread bill by Congress and Obama to become established law]

I can't either and it scares me. If SCOTUS doesn't adhere to the law, who will. I know they make many decisions that we don't like but if they fall into lockstep with Obama we are lost.

I heard a comment made by a Congresscritter repeated on Fox New Channel

“We do not check if a bill is Constitutional - we write it and vote on it - we let the courts decide if it is Constitutional!”

The courts are corrupt and many can be bribed &/or have radical agendas that are unconstitutional
