I’d say that there was never any doubt that it would come to this. Rio didn’t have anything to do with it.
Perhaps we need “Help Wanted” signs on the borders of those states. Surely many who have served and honored their country in any number of ways would be willing to serve again, and help us clean up these places. But they will have to be willing and able to reach the masses with a positive honest message that would get them the votes.
