I'm not pro-Zelaya. I am pro-Honduran Constitution, which was violated repeatedly in the overthrow of Zelaya. As for Micheletti, I think he's just a puppet of whoever's really running the show down there.

The Honduran military is a great institution but it has corrupt leaders. That's why the Supreme Court issued the Zelaya arrest orders to Romeo Vasquez Velasquez, IMHO. Because he would be willing to ignore Article 102 of the Constitution.

The Honduras did everything by the book. The Congressional Reaserch Service said the “coup” was legit. The Congressional Research Service (CRS) serves shared staff to congressional committees and Members of Congress. CRS experts assist at every stage of the legislative process — from the early considerations that precede bill drafting, through committee hearings and floor debate, to the oversight of enacted laws and various agency activities.
The Honduran military is a great institution, Many of my family members have been officers at some point in Honduran history. They have won many battles in the last 100 years. Here is the Washington Examiner on the “Coup” from two sources
