Hubby just brought home a notice from his employer. Bi-weekly insurance benefit reduced from $56 to $36. The spare $20 going to some BS ‘Healthy living’ initiative. Currently, it is optional to complete a ‘lifestyle’ questionnaire, have on site BP/Cholesterol testing, ‘health line’ call in, etc. etc. Sounds like the next round in extortion from SEIU. If they are going to spend the $$ why not have an on-site exercise facility?

The on-site testing is silly, IMO as that is covered in ones annual check up. Doubt premiums will decrease. This is a HUGH tax on the productive, especially those not in unions.

Bollocks.
