No,no you got it all wrong,throwing someone under the bus just refers to a political figure being dissed,not supported politically, by cronies who otherwise supported him, nothing else. This well could happen to any of the top leaders any time its just politics as usual.

They don't have to do anything so drastic. They can get a group of people including Biden, some paid off psychiatrists, and some other officials to declare him unable to perform his duties and throw him in a hospital.

Lots of sad comments on how sick he is.

Or, if they don't want to say he's crazy, they can get some doctors to say he has some terrible, obscure disease and he needs a course of treatment which will leave him unable to fulfill his duties.

Make sure some of the docs are black, and voila! Sympathy for the devil while he's locked up in Walter Reed.
