Tonight, the first thing I did was check on Afghanistan updates. Before I had even finished the first one on my page, there was another one. The area where this attack happened was one that McChrystal had ALREADY announced troop pullbacks from. No one knows if ANY of the Afghan Army who were also attacked are still alive. No one has had contact with them.
This is the worst month we have ever, ever had in Afghanistan, and these bloody mongrels in the white tent have the unmitigated gall to fly themselves and half the cabinet to Copenhagen, then come back here and flaunt their worthless selves decked out in thousand of bucks worth of ugly clothes while our TROOPS are being murdered wholesale!!!

You do not know what you are talking about when it comes to Gen. McChrystal. The man is a hunter. The shooters of our military want the man as their Commander. He was forced down the the new (and weak in military terms) CINC Obama's throat early in his Admin.

CAS / ROEs are more complicated than the general public understands. Especially in COIN/FID operations.

Reality is this weak CINC Obama has without question embolden our enemies in Stan. Be that AQ/Taliabn/HQA.
