So? why would that be a problem? They have to connect with the rest, or else have their own limited networks. They can have their own limited networks, all they want, anyways... Let 'em.

This move would appear to be Zero's response to a brouhaha that blew up last April, with people (incl. Republicans) complaining the National Security Agency had too much Net capability and control.

But still .... alienating the 'Net completely? Damn!
