Interesting that he and Carson had some kind of pupil/student relationship that apparently continued even after Carson's retirement. I liked Johnny, but with five wives, he was something of a player himself.

Letterman's relationship fault's make for an interesting juxtaposition with Leno - who has been married to the same woman I believe for more than 35 years. And, I've never heard even a hint of Leno wandering off the farm.

Did you notice that Leno voluntarily stepped down from the Tonight Show and handed the job to Conan O’Brien but did ‘advance in a different direction” and has a new show.

Does not remind of what Sarah Palin did in Alaska?

Why is Leno not referred to as a “quitter” and Sarah Palin who is clearly “all in” to national politics now still considered a “quitter”?
