They had the Olympics here in LA some years back. I did not go.
I drove on surface streets to my office every day and avoided the freeway.

I lived tgought the 84 Olympics traffic was non existed the city was safe and it was wonderfull

Our office in Brentwood was literally ON the marathon route.....wifey and I flew away for vacation during the L.A. Olympics.
