She already joined an opinion that mirrored what the 7th Circuit wrote about this very case. She's a carbon-copy of Breyer, although not remotely as erudite - in other words, she's RBG, but much younger and 40 lbs heavier.

Sotomayor has already joined in an appellate level decision that said the 2nd Amendment was not incorporated.
She talks about a wise Latina woman, she doesn't actually demonstrate that she is one.
