Since when is New Haven a crime riddled city? I thought it was supposed to be a nice place. When did it change?

About 20 years ago.
It is the Yale campus surrounded by a ghetto. Dems ran it into the ground. Outrageous taxes, crime, shootings...

But at least they have Yale, otherwise it would be another Bridgeport.
