The Guard entered my New Orleans house as well as every house in the city after Katrina and they took nothing.

The National Guard did not confiscate any weapons. The police confiscated weapons.

That is not entirely true as the NG did confiscate guns along with NOPD.

As for my stuff, they took nothing, but of course, I had the sense to get out of there before Katrina.
