I feel like that single woman too. My husband doesn't even want to hear about the things I tell him, even though he's supportive and sympathetic. He just gets so upset that he stops listening to the news and rarely listens to the Conservative commentators. Fortunately, I have friends that listen and for some reason, even some of my Liberal friends, are beginning to realize the truth.

After watching my husband spend all his free time listening and watching sports, I told him that what happened with sports figures wasn't going to affect his very life, but politicians were. After that, he seemed to be a bit more understanding.

That's good. I understand just how you feel and it can get depressing.

Many just don't want to know all that's going on, maybe they don't believe it or else they just don't care.

Sometime going to CHAT and talking about dogs or something is a relief, lol.
